Service Policies

All of our participating dealers are local to you, completely authorized to sell and service the equipment offered and have agreed to uphold our service policies. The service agreements include toner, parts, and labor. The cost of the agreement will not increase during the initial lease term. Only OEM parts and toner will be used.

4 Hour Response Time

Technicians arrive at your office within an average of less than 4 hours from when the service call is placed. Highly skilled technical staffs are all factory trained and certified to work on the products installed. They carry with them a full complement of parts, as well as the most advanced technological tools available.

Loaner Provision

If your system can’t be fixed onsite, a loaner will be delivered and installed at no additional cost.

Replacement Provision

During the term of your lease, if your system can’t be repaired it will be replaced with a comparable system at no additional charge.

Delivery, Training, and Network Integration

Our network engineers will work closely with your IT staff to seamlessly integrate our products within your network. Product training is also included. You will be completely comfortable with the operation of your new system before we leave your side.
